LEG UP SHIPPING POLICY

Leg Up Equine is operated by Pure Oil New Zealand Limited.

New Zealand delivery only

Orders placed through the Leg Up website can only be delivered to eligible New Zealand addresses.

We do not ship products overseas. Some of our products contain plant-derived material and may be subject to biosecurity and import restrictions in other countries.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Delivery to the Chatham Islands and some other offshore New Zealand islands is not included within our standard delivery service. Please contact us before placing an order for one of these destinations so that we can confirm whether delivery is available.

Shipping charges

We offer free standard shipping on all online orders of $90 or more, including GST.

The free-shipping threshold is based on the final value of the order after any discounts have been applied.

Free shipping applies to all products available for purchase through the Leg Up website and includes rural New Zealand addresses.

Orders under $90 will be charged the applicable shipping rate shown at checkout.

We do not apply an additional rural, oversized or heavy-item charge to products purchased through the Leg Up website.

Separate delivery arrangements and charges may apply to wholesale, bulk or trade purchases made outside the Leg Up website.

Processing and delivery timeframe

Orders are packed and dispatched from Rolleston, Canterbury.

We aim to deliver standard urban orders within 2–5 business days in total from the time the order is placed.

Rural deliveries may take up to two additional business days, giving an expected rural delivery timeframe of approximately 4–7 business days.

Orders received on weekends or New Zealand public holidays will be processed from the next business day.

These delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery may take longer because of:

  • severe weather or road closures;
  • courier network disruptions;
  • peak seasonal demand;
  • public holidays;
  • an incorrect or incomplete delivery address;
  • remote delivery locations; or
  • events outside our reasonable control.

We will contact you if we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order.

Couriers and rural delivery

Orders are typically delivered through Castle Parcels, Post Haste or another courier within their delivery network.

For some rural addresses, the final stage of delivery may be completed by a local rural delivery provider, such as New Zealand Post.

We may change courier providers where operationally necessary without updating this policy each time.

Order tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address or mobile number supplied with the order.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the parcel has been collected by the courier.

For rural orders, tracking may show the parcel as transferred to a local rural delivery provider before the final delivery is completed.

Delivery addresses

Please check that your name, delivery address, rural delivery number and contact details are complete and correct before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for a delay caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

Additional delivery costs may apply if an order needs to be redirected or sent again because incorrect delivery information was provided.

If you ask for a parcel to be left without a signature or in a specified location, it may be left at your risk to the extent permitted by law.

Missing or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking information and then contact us at legup@pureoilnz.co.nz.

We will work with the courier to investigate the delivery. Please contact us promptly, as courier providers may impose time limits on freight claims.

Damaged deliveries

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if the parcel or product has been damaged.

Where damage is visible, please report it within 72 hours where possible. Keep the product and all packaging while we investigate.

We may ask you to provide photographs of the parcel, packaging, courier label and damaged product.
