Returns & Refunds

If you're looking to return or exchange your purchase, we are happy to help. We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your purchase, where there has been an error or the product is damaged. You can return your product for an online voucher to be used at, a different product, or a refund via bank transfer.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted products are returned or exchanged at the discounted price
  • Returned products must have a receipt

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  • Get in touch with Leg Up. Email us at, or call us at +64 27 620 9977, and let us know of the issue.
  • If the item is incorrect or damaged, you will need to return the product for an exchange.
  • If you choose a refund instead of replacement, this refund will be processed via bank transfer within 7 working days of you contacting Leg Up (as long as there is sufficient contact from the customer.)

Please note:

  • We will process your return within 7 business days. Once your refund/exchange is accepted, we will let you know of the timeframe to receive your replacement or refund.
  • If you receive the incorrect product, or it arrives damaged or defective, we will replace this (or refund you) for free. If you have a change of mind after opening/using the product, we will most likely not accept a return or exchange.
